      I guess it's like any job. S***bags somehow slip through the cracks. Our oldest sons department had a hiring event. A one day event where you take all of the tests. Half of the applicants failed. To their credit, the department has some high standards.

      I should have known better. I watched a little over 5 minutes of the press conference talking about the arrest and other info. The media are f*****g idiots with some of the questions asked. Shame on them.

      Decided to mow yesterday. Which I'm glad I did as I sit here with my coffee watching the rain come down. Lawn was so thick and high I had to set the blade to the highest setting. Which means I'll be mowing in 2 more days. I guess the rain is making up for the snow we did not get this winter.

      A while back the wife and I tried Potbelly for lunch in Schererville. Two sandwhiches, a bag of chips, water and ice tea. Came to $38. Forget that, we can go to our local Mexican. Two meals with enough for lunch leftovers, two margaritas, $38 without tip.
