I am looking to see the interest level in an Intro to USPSA (it would be competition but the focus would be around USPSA rules, gear, stages) class for new to competition people.
It would be classroom and some range time
Classroom
-Understanding USPSA : Range commands, safety rules, divisions, gear, scoring
Range
-Basics of how it works : Implementing the classroom part on a basic stage run through
1hr - 1.5hr classroom
1.5hr on a stage doing first dry run through, then live
Riley Conservation Club April 6th is when I am looking at this, which is the day before their special classifier match.
Don't have to be a USPSA member, however if you are wanting to get some understanding of the sport, join and then get classified the next day
here is a good opportunity.
Looking at 10-15 to make it worth it, 20 would probably be the max in order to make it work time wise
If interested email me jake@uspsa.org
If there is enough interest we can set up registration for it, call it $25 that will go Riley
