It would require a conservative President (with balls), conservative control of the Senate and House, but this could be ended quickly (although the lawsuits would drag it out):
    - Charge College administrators with civil rights violations for failing to protect Jewish students (criminal charges - potentially with jail time). If the Democrats can weaponize the DOJ, why not the Republicans?
    - DEI is declared to be a civil rights violation.
    - No government backed loans for students at any college/university judged to be in civil rights violation.
    - No government grants for anyone associated with a college/university judged to be in civil rights violation. If the professor wants the money, they will have to go to another university which is NOT in violation.
    - Loss of non-profit status.
    - Assuming the colleges/universities "rectified" their violations, they would have to prove that they have adhered to them for a minimum of 5 years before sanctions would be lifted.

It will never happen, but the 180 colleges and universities would adopt would be glorious to watch. :D

Watching it live now on Hannity. The Police are going in a 2nd floor window up a vehicle mounted ramp. 10 minutes of them entering.

(Slight modification on a Charles Barkley quote) I don't know much about the Hamilton Hall occupiers, but the Hamilton Hall occupiers are in trouble.

They are finally climbing thru window to get at the morons in the building as i type this.

My take on "private property" and nypd..if someone is plainly visible, scaling a building, breaking windows and entering illegally...police can't do anything unless the owners give permission. Since when did these laws change for criminals?,,
Maybe i need to attend Columbia for classes on how ny laws work..

Hmm. I wonder if that also applies to sexual assault?

"Yeah, it did look like a violent sexual assault, on the other hand, perhaps it was just rough foreplay?"

We live in the crazy times.

Anyone want to speculate on how long before the rioters are released (ROR), and how long before all charges are dropped?

If I was a NYPD cop, I would be asking myself, "why are we wasting our time doing this?" Nothing will happen to the rioters, but there is a VERY good chance I will be prosecuted if one of them suffers a broken finger nail.

The best thing that could happen to NYC is if ALL of the police quit. Give it a week and the city would turn red.

Sexual assult is given 8+ years to be charged. No such thing as rough sex/foreplay just like disciplining or spanking your child is no longer allowed but instead a crime.
