      Can you get LTCH if you have a DUI conviction.....

      even if it was 18-20 yrs. ago? Not me, but a friend was asking me. He had a DUI conviction, back in 1996, I believe. No issues, since then. Can he still get the permit, or will he be denied, and have to appeal? Thanks. Mad Dog
