I can't tell you how glad i am that i logged on today and saw this. I have both the Arizona and Florida applications sitting on my desk right now and I was leaning toward just doing the AZ because it is less expensive. Thanks for the info!
Does anyone in the Evansville area have a good attorney that they have used for a firearms trust? I would like to go the trust route for NFA stuff so that I dont have to worry about what will happen to them should anything ever happen to me.
Thanks in advance!
I got the same letter about a DVD that I never got, bout 4 years ago, and even after i called them and told them that I never received a dvd and they appologized, I got 3 or 4 more letters. Not sure why but the NRA seems to like wasting money on postage, I have gotten a letter delivered to my...
My 2 cents.........
Probably not the best idea to let them know where you live by walking to your apartment door while confronting them. I don't think you did anything wrong, but i would not want them to know exactly where to go if they decide to do something stupid like come back and start a...
OHHH, big shocker, more union violence against nonunion business owners, this kind of strong arm tactics have been going on for years and the sheeple just do as usual and bury their heads in the sand. My grandfather was threatened by the unions for using non union labor in Youngstown, OH 50 yrs...
I am just curious, so why would anyone carry FMJ as a defensive round? One of my biggest concerns if I had to use my weapon is not only my own safety but the safety of innocent bystanders. Someone fill me in as to why it is a good idea to carry FMJ, and keep in mind that most any top of the...
My comment about being arrested for "printing" or someone seeing your weapon was obviously not an issue in the State of Indiana. It was directed at States that are conceal only states. I like the open carry law in Indiana because you don't have to worry about it here. I don't carry open because...
I did not say that you shouldn't do it. I said that I don't, and the reason i don't is because i spent almost 4 years working in the Dallas Texas area and Texas is a Conceal only State. I am used to concealed carry and I don't really care if you carry open or not.
I havent seen anyone OC out in public in a long time. The last time I remember seeing that was back in 02 or 03 at a Taco Bell, I was in Highschool and I remember thinking..."That old man is carrying a highpoint and he seems really proud of it, poor guy".
I usually carry one extra in my pocket, Glock 23. I keep two more in the truck and there is another in my briefcase. The one in my briefcase almost got me into trouble once but another story for another thread.
Maybe it's the fact that I'm new to the forums, but it seems by the way alot of people on here talk that you all are open carrying all the time. It also seems like a lot of you are walking around hoping that you can incite some type of excitement from a LEO or ignorant civilian. Don't get me...
Maybe this kind of stuff will help open the eyes of the "Left", since it seems to be happening to them more often these days. e.g. the anti gun senator who had a similar situation in Maryland, if I remember correctly.

I don't know why I thought of this, this morning, but I did none the less, so here is the story.....
I have an Aunt who is has a PHD in Political Science and Political Theory and is a professor of both at a university that I will not name. She and her "partner" come in town a couple times a...
