If the low-pro gas block is the all-threaded kind. It is honestly as easy as taking out the BCG, unscrewing muzzle device, unscrewing gas block all-threads and sliding off the barrel. It'll go back to where it is supposed to with that barrel profile. Now, if its pinned? its hamma time. lol...
Had some success with that rifle on white tail 2 seasons ago. Hand-load of my fathers, the only thing i remember was the bullet, was a Hornady XTP 240 grain. I'd wager 2-3 inch groups as others have said are what you'd find, good luck!
my suggestion.
as much as it will make you cringe. this sounds like one of those times when you just gotta get mean on it. close the collapsing stock all the way down (if solid stock its fine as is). grab your charging handle as if you were pulling it open and give the butt plate a good...
the askin price is what will keep them at bay. the basic six oclock firing design is kinda nifty and could be picked up by other companies and probably done better. not to mention the moment you buy the gun. you gotta put it in the microwave just to get the nanny state off your back.
im with ya deadhead. but as doggy said
that text looks like something a defense lawyer worth his salt could jump rope with. when it doubt there is no doubt.
that us palm grip really is quite comfortable. and as far as travis haley, imho given his marines/blackwater record. he could call it a pink fluffy clown car and i wouldnt question it. :P
i can also vouch for the ultimak. cause optic zero retention is kindve a basic need.
brother if you gotta ask this question. then maybe you should think about the mind set behind a RAC. short answer no, you should not disarm yourself. but you might look into a mace delivery unit. or maybe even call the local self defense/hand to hand school. because youre not legally...
the system is very accurate at distance. pretty decent trigger break point on sa. had a weak (or cracked) brass rupture in mine. which popped the trigger arm out. and maced me with unburnt powder (this is why we were the silly glasses) gave it a slap and gassed it back up. gun runs like a...
sometimes theyre in there REAL tight. also the spring will pop the follower out. so be mindful of that. then any large mop will do the trick.
good luck!
my TCP is a pretty decent shooter minus how selective it is to ammo choices. honestly i think a good polish job on the ramp and breach would clear that up as well. i just run flat nosed ammo and it seems to work just fine. but round nosed ammo likes to FTF on the very last round. always on...
got a u22 neos a little while ago. one of the more crisp trigger systems i've squeezed. just more efficacy to the old saying. "a person can never own enough .22's."
