Budget is first question, as others have stated. Any of the Kimbers are a great value, IMO. Kimber II for a "basic" full size 1911 is a pretty great handgun without going custom. Very happy with my Kimber Custom II for $800. Also have Wilson CQB that is $3000. Wilson definitely a finer gun, as...
Wilson QCB fit & finish is of very high quality. Smooth operation. Great shooters. They just feel the most complete to me. Check them out at Indiana Club Club and compare to others. Service is excellent as well. Excellent resale/ good demand. You won't be disappointed.
I am current member as well and signed up yesterday for Lifetime.
Heck of a deal and a critical time the NRA wants to stimulate dollars and membership.
I called 888-678-7894 yesterday without a sponsor and received a lifetime membership for $300.
My five year membership was just updated in August but hey, $300 is a great deal.
Global companies using US assembly labor and US investment in facilities and resources makes good for all of us. Global economies & companies broaden the line of what is "American" built. How about "Global built"
Excellent comment CBR.
We the people give currency it's value. I am sure it costs more to produce a penny than what they are actually worth. Simply a unit of measure in our system. I suspect if you eliminated/removed pennies from circulation, the gov would simply print or make more currency...
Lots of good detailed information with these posts. An educated consumer can make better buying choices...I suspect budget and performance influence buying decision.
"Worth the money" depends on where you place value.
I really like my EOTech on my AR. One of the originals. Has worked without...
From a business standpoint and given the growth/popularity and shear increase in gun interest, permit applications and sales, if a female comes into a gun shop I would imagine she is very interested to purchase. Not a tire kicker.
Curious what percentage of females looking at guns purchase vs...
May not be what you are looking for but I recently purchased a nicely built, light weight VFG with spring loaded bipod combo. Included side rail for light/laser. $30.
Not a Magpul but nice quality. Wanted option to prone shoot with good stability.
Paid $19.97 + tax for 100 round box of Federal 9mm at Waldo World. Hate to do it but that is pretty cheap. Winchester slightly more.
I typically do not purchase 223 ammo at Walmart. Someone at Gun shows usually have a decent deal on Lake City, Federal or PMC 5.56.
Depends on your budget.
I'll follow up with more of the same...S&W MP15-22.
So much fun to shoot and costs pennies a round.
If you plan to shoot 100 rounds every week it will cost you even with cheap ammo. ~$7-$12/20 rounds.
Get your fill of 22LR and then look at 5.56.
