      Most likely the original charge entered by the police was never changed after court. I lived with mine saying I was a felon, when I wasn't. I never knew that I had to make sure it was changed.       The man said he spoke with his attorney about these incidents, maybe he was instructed to speak that way? I don't think he is breaking that statute anyway, that for giving a false name not exercising your rights. Totalitarian police officers need stood up to, remember they are public servants...

      I just shake my head when I read these articles. It's crazy, gun control is so crazy, but we on this site are preening to the choir. In Indiana and Texas I didn't meet many for gun control but here in NM their are lots of liberals that don't seem to understand.
