      Maybe a noob question, but is based on the TT-33 design? I know it has many features the TT does not, but I wonder if they are similar enough to convert to 7.62x25 for cheap shooting? Just a thought. Alex

      I don't really know what a Mosin Nagant 91/30 is

      I would ask if you could clean the bore to better inspect it before buying. When I bought my first 91/30, the bore was said to be "dirty". After I took it home, I found that there was NO rifling in the last 1 in of the barrel AND it hadnt been counter bored, just very very worn. Needless to say...

      A clean, shiny bore! I bought a 91/30 with what I thought had just a dirty bore and it shoots worse groups than my 12ga. After a thorough cleaning, I could see that the rifling very dark and faint. Seriously, old guns shot with corrosive ammo that were not properly cleaned will have gray bores...
