      Lee Enfield Parts, Forend, Jungle Carbine, Butt Swivel, Front Mounting & Receiver Pad - SARCO, Inc. Try there if you haven't already. I just looked and they have a No.4 but rear sling swivel bracket (same as No.1 Mk.3) and a sling swivel/screw for No.1 Mk.3. Hope this was helpful!
