      Why are triggers curved?

My experience with flat triggers was on our rifle teams anschutz rifles. The trigger pull on these is so minimal that simply tapping the trigger is enough to fire the rifle and a straight trigger is much easier to control with that light of a trigger pull.

      Help with the right rifle

A saiga really would fit the bill pretty well, I would suggest one in 7.62x39 at the moment

Gun Brand - Best "resale value name"?

I would say that colt pistols as well as S&W really hold value

      WALMART WHAT IS UP?

In stock to the app is as soon as the truck drops it off. Walmart never puts the stock on the shelves as soon as they get it.

      Stockpiling

I actually have more because a few weeks before all this panic I started to buy enough for multiple trips to the range at a good price whenever I saw it.

      once fired .308 and 30/30

I do not reload, but I do shoot my .308 and 30/30 rifles and my .45 acp pistol somewhat often. I have thought about saving the brass to reload. At the moment I've collected around 160-200 rounds of each rifle and well over 500 on .45 acp. I was wondering what a good price per round pre-panic...

      New lever action

Well I'm sure someone from Orion will jump in pretty soon on this after a mention of them, but that is most likely where I will purchase from and will be in there next week. I will definitely look into any Henry's that they have in stock. What it seems is that Henry is the best quality for how...

      New lever action

Not a huge hunter, if ever need be I have other guns for that, but this is mainly a gun for going to the range and shooting. I like the idea of a 22 lever since I already have a 10/22 and have a good deal of .22 ammo already, but the .357/.38 has always struck my interest. I am just unsure if...

      New lever action

Hey I'm looking into getting a new lever action rifle, by new I mean new to me, so I am completely fine and probably prefer buying used. My budget is around $500 and the only thing that I do not want is another lever to be chambered 30-30 because I would like a pistol chambered or 22 lever...

Anyone nervous about going to the range?

I'm never scared of being shot at or purpose at a range, but what I am cautious of the people who I've seen stand behind the firing line showing off their pistol to a family friend who has never held a gun before and who will sweep the gun across the firing line. I'm also worried about those...

Kel Tec Sub 2000 must have?

almost bought one in October for $350 and was going to buy 10 33 round glock mags for it, really wish that i did now, but alas the time for getting that easily under a grand is gone.

Why I sold my AR15-22 and this now stupid hobby.

I try and keep a good deal of .22 in storage at all times just so I can go out and shoot whenever I feel like it. Now I usually only have around 1k in storage, but that is plenty for going to the range a few times and i can make it last when ammo is scarce. Right now I have 1.5k just because i...

      .22 AMMO

Just wondering but does anybody know if there is anywhere in Terre Haute that has bulk? I'm heading back up there for a while and bringing the .22 with me.

Looking to get a new 9mm

Exactly what I'm going to get, now to find a store that has one. Went to Hi-Tek and the had a new one, but I would rather look around for a used one for a little for a better price I'm in no hurry to get it.

Looking to get a new 9mm

I was looking at the Kel-Tec, but i was going to probably purchase from Orion Arms if at all possible and I did not see any Kel-Tec pistols in stock when i was there last. I like the no frills part especially.

Looking to get a new 9mm

Before that starts i must say I've held and shot glocks and they feel nice, but i would have to get use to the trigger being so different than my colt 1911

Looking to get a new 9mm

seeing a good deal say a used glock, I was also looking at maybe the sig P228 if i could get my hands on one. Right now it won't be easy with the massive rush in all the stores, but I would like to get it soon so i can bring it back with me to Terre Haute since i will be in Jeffersonville for...

Do We Really Need Umpteen Dozen Magazines?

I keep 5 for my 1911, about 7-8 for my 10/22, and the rest are internal magazine or tube fed. I feel like reloading .22 at the range is such a pain and .45 is not that much of a pain, but 5 makes it fine for range shooting.
