      I thought it would be fun to attend a .22lr only marksmanship competition that also incorporated somewhat realistic aspects of a mission. Everything range-wise would me more on a micro scale with much smaller targets, limited shots and windows of opportunity. More ideas to go along with this...

      Got nocs? Binocular question...

      Obviously, you get what you pay for but in this case I paid $20 for both at a pawn shop. The Nikon on the left is a much better noc than the Tasco on the right...but. The Tasco seemed to view fine until recently where I'm seeing double. I've individually focused the sides to each eye...

      Anyone go? My girl and I went yesterday in Crawfordsville to do the course. I think photos will be released in 5 days. Hopefully they have a picture of me doing a flying side kick over the fire obstacle, LOL! My girl kicked ass. I let her recon ahead most of the course...hahahaha.

      Had a chance to reconnect with an LT from my USMC days last night. He lives in Taiwan. When we got to talking about guns, he mentioned the fact that possession of even a bullet, let alone a gun, will land you in prison for life. He went on to say..."So nobody on the island has guns...well...

      What's wrong with this picture?

      This is a photo from the Indiana 19th regiment militia website. They're obviously stacked and ready for a breach. I left a polite comment on their facebook page giving some constructive criticism and it was immediately deleted.
