      This. I run a body shop and there is something about flourescent lighiting that makes hail very easy to see. I think it is the long, straight tubes and their reflection off the paint. Its very easy to see a ripple where there shouldn't be in a long straight line.

      So my girlfriend applied at the beginning of the month, got fingerprinted (electronically) a week later, and finally paid the local PD on Wed. 1/15. Her pink paper came in the mail Tues 1/21. She was very happy and surprised at the 6 day turnaround.
