If it was that cut and dry I would agree with that, and I'm not going to get into a long drawn out discussion, but if you ever feel like your life is in danger and you do need to pull out your gun, I hope in the end it's not 3 people's word against yours. I mean I guess that in my opinion, it wasn't an inability to safely handle a firearm. And I was wondering if it was like court.
