Having some perplexing issues getting my Henry to group well at 100 yards. Best I'm getting is 6" groups. Curious what other folks have experienced accuracy wise with their Henry Big Boy or X Model 44 mag.

I'm almost afraid to ask. Its been a while since I've logged in, Is INGO hosting any pictures or is that service still nixed (still have to use third party)?

I've had this for...
Cleaning out the basement. Thought Id share these with INGOers before they end up on craigslist.

Looking for a handgun mounted light and I've been eyeballing the Inforce APL. My only concern is I can't find any information on whether or not the ouput is regulated, or if the lumens decrease over battery life. Anybody know? Thoughts?
The second option would be a TLR-1. My buddy has one...
Hey fellows. Looking to add a couple 17 round (plus 2) magazines for my sp2022. Through TopGunSupply they offer a Mec-Gar plus 2 or a Sig Sauer "factory" 17 round. They look nearly identical.
Which one for optimum reliability? Did Sig ever ship the Sp2022 with 17 round mags? Anyone have...

Took this guy last weekend. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I'd shot a unicorn. Would have made an excellent 6pointer. No signs of the other horn breaking off, just a stub. Anyone else see anything like this?
I switched from Hornady FTX 44mags to Winchester white box 240 soft points this year in my marlin 84 for deer season. The FTX's always fragmented into nothing and never penetrated to the other side of the rib cage. This 44 entered just in front of the left shoulder and stopped under the hide...
So here's the summary of the situation. My wife and I had a very ambitious little 8 lb papillion (Rufus) who loves running off to the neighbor's when he sees their dogs (one small dog, and one very large Shepard mix) roaming around. They are usually very friendly and appear happy to see Rufus...
I purchased a couple boxes of S&B 9mm JHP yesterday and it got me wondering, whats the difference between these seemingly high quality, inexpensive import ammunition and vastly more expensive USA made defensive ammunition? I have shot hundreds of rounds of the S&B and I keep the bed side Sig...
I'm curious if anyone has dealt with Marlin's customer service lately. I'm contemplating sending my 1894 in to have the action dealt with (it cycles like its full of rocks) and the stock refitted. How are they with warranty? Turn around time?
I just got bumped off the private land I've been hunting for the past 5 years due to new management. Absolute worst time of year for this to happen and now I'm in a panic. It's prime bow season and I need to act fast. My only option is to prowl the public locations now. I need to know what to...
Wish I had before pics. The hatchet is a "Trumpeter" German made piece found at a garage sale. The handle is hickory from my neighbors back yard, finished in linseed oil.
So today I was in a rush to get a campfire going. The pit was damp and so was the wood I had at hand. I decided to try out some used motor oil I've been hoarding in the garage. I thinned out the oil with about 1/3 part gasoline and soaked an old t-shirt in the solution. Long story short, I...
Ok, this may sound a little funny, but I'm contemplating fabricating a bullet resistant shield to keep under the bed. It would primarily serve as last resort protection for my wife to cower behind in event of shtf. Or alternatively, I would find it amusing to practice shooting one handed with...
It's official, we're number 1 in something.
Indiana ranks No. 1 in meth lab seizures
I'm curious if anyone has ran across a mobile meth lab in the woods. I hunt over 40 acres of private land and would like to know what I should be looking out for.
Hopefully this is the spot to post this, I'm new to the forums so go easy on me. To make a short story even shorter...
There is a gun store in my area that has recently opened (I'll leave it unnamed for now), so naturally I stopped in a couple weeks ago. They had a sig sauer mk 25 behind the...
