May I ask what you are using for Unique amount? I'm using Xtreme 115gr fmj 9mm and when I did my ladder testing, I found 5.0gr of unique was the most accurate, but I'm still looking to see if I need to vary slightly. Loaded about 150 to start with and have shot about one third so far. The only...
I'd also have to second the good comments about the Sig P238. Between my wife and I we have both the P238 and P938. When my wife was looking, she found that the P238 slide racked easier than almost anything else she tried and then she loved the trigger. Needless to say, she shoots the P238...
My wife went thru this same topic when she was learning to shoot. Not only was it very hard for her to rack the slide on my Glock, she felt the trigger was also too heavy to be accurate. After doing lots of shopping and trials, she settled on the Sig P-238. After lots of practice, she loves the...
I don't normally carry it in an ankle holster, except at work. Carries great in an Uncle Mikes ankle now for about 3 yrs. Nice size and not too heavy. I am partial to my Glock 43 and my Sig p-938, but the Bodyguard goes in the ankle holster just fine.
We've just added some new steel to our to augment the old steel in bays and rifle range this summer @ Deer Creek Conservation Club. Still have some more that is not in yet, but several bays have fixed and poppers.
My wife learned with my G-42 and shot it well, but she decided the trigger was too heavy. We then went looking for something she liked better. She ended up with the Sig P-238, single action trigger, and she was dead accurate with it. She loved the bling of the rainbow model, so that was "her"...
Just personal choice is that I do like Deer Creek Conservation Club. Outdoors is great, very relaxed. Not to say there are not rules, but for the most part, not busy or congested. A much more relaxed atmosphere overall. Not as great during the winter months, but we have had some great winter...
Love my G4 34 also. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have. Trijicon regular night sights, not HD here. Good luck tomorrow night. Hope the weather cooperates.
