no, it's not. When I paid the local fee at the Hendricks Co. Sheriff, the lady told me they were behind on processing the permits and the holiday season just passed, but three weeks is pretty long. New Walther PPS M2 Leaked
I plan to get one for everyday carry. The PPQ is too big to carry everyday, especially in the summer. Never liked the paddle mag release of the PPS and don't like the difficult takedown of the CCP with special dongle required or the reliability issues with earlier builds.
