      Yeah it's definitely not dead, dead. But I'm not sure what's up. Three shots on the last stage and it dropped to lowest brightness and parked there. I thought it went out completely, but in the full sunlight I probably just couldn't tell. Ended up cheating off the front sight through the window...

      Auto brightness seems stuck on the near lowest setting. Not sure what's up with that. Otherwise seems to work fine on manual.
