Hey-oh! Been following along but no time to post! @Leadeye the listed solvent for Cerakote is acetone, but you do not reduce it at all. The catalyst is very thick, almost gooey and hard to pour into a beaker to measure accurately and then pour back out. I guess if you’re pro grade you weigh it...- ditcherman

Certainly no professional, but sounds like too much paint along with the distance like you said. It’s always suprised me there are not clicks or at least marks on those knobs for at least a reference. It’s definitely a ‘feel’ thing. Hope you’re enjoying it!- ditcherman
