      I don't even bother shopping at Gander for Ammo. Prices are always higher. However, they offer firearms training classes like the out of state Utah permit. Having the Utah permit with an Indiana carry permit greatly increases the number states to carry.

      I attended Fort Wayne 500 gun show today and saw a colt Sporter that was premium condition (looked new) for 1,300.00. Some some in worse condition for 1,100. the show was busy but not crazy like the Indy 1500 last month....so I am hoping supply and prices go down.

      "Common Sense" guns laws are an oxymoron. Common Sense is a slippery slope open to intrepetation. If legislation is required enact laws regarding the conduct or incaceration of those person and/or criminals not the guns. Law abiding citizens don't need more guns laws to obey.

      Ruger 10/22 vs Remington 597

      My first post on INGO was about this issue. I had the same three recommendations, but went with the 10/22 and never regretted it. I bought polymer as it was lighter.
