      NODS use and training

      I have a PVS-14 Gen 3 Green Phos (L3) and personally I don't do anything with it for anything other than larping. The amount of hours I've put into it and I'm still damn near useless except at known targets that I personally set up. Finding stuff under nods and trying to engage is really hard...

      It's the economy, stupid

      Honestly 15 bucks an hour isn't enough in most places sadly... Working 40 hours a week and not being able to afford a place to live is pretty crazy. The economy is really crazy right now.
