      I would assume this is a bad idea except in a serviceable can. Is anybody here shooting coated bullets suppressed either powder coated or hi-tek?

      I wonder what training protocol is in this situation. From the video, the guy had the gun in his hand but didn’t attempt to point it at the officer. He didn’t have the chance to put it down.

      I call it the “itch”. I scratch the itch when I buy a new gun. It goes through cycles. I’ll go through a buying cycle then a holding pattern, rarely I will sell one. But then the cycle starts all over.

      Wrap your mind around this. I have a couple of the small containers with $19 tags on them. I bought these post-Covid, either 2021 or 2022, from a LGS.

      They have 5lb jugs on GunBroker for $1200. Crazy. I have a few of the small jugs. I think they are 9oz. I didn’t know I was sitting on a small gold mine.

      It scary when companies buy most of the markets and then can basically control pricing through monopolies. Vista owns alot of the ammo manufacturers. Hodgdon now owns most of the powder manufacturers. Coincidence that prices are now skyrocketing?

      Do we have any Mauser experts here? I don’t have a lot of information on this rifle. I know there are some variations of this rifle but not sure what I have or what value it has. I have had this rifle for a few years now, picked it up off of GunBroker but listing it was pretty vague.

      NFA Timelines Thread

      I just filled out my first form 4. Hoping for a quick turnaround. I always shied away because of the 10,12,15 month lead times.
