      Thanks for the links everyone they helped out. Looks like the rifle has Austrian proof marks originally and then later has Czech property marks. Carbine seems to be original M95 Repetier Karabiner as Doggydaddy suggested. Thanks again.

      Sorry for the crappy pics. The 74u has all matching numbers everything but the stock is stamped. The front trunion has a "Star" 86 on the left side it also has X7796 on the top left side.

      I don't think you can go wrong with either rifle. I would check the bore make sure its in good shape and not pitted and do the bullet test.
