Got a firearms back today that fell apart a couple months ago. The process took 3 weeks and the gun looks great now.

A friend of mine inherited, essentially, a Ruger semi auto that had a HARD LIFE obviously. He sent it to Ruger with a letter asking for help with some aspect of the gun. It not only came back fixed but looked like new! They replaced all the worn parts without being asked and charged NOTHING. I have not been a big fan of Ruger but this really impressed me and my friends. So much so that my boss went out THAT DAY and bought a Ruger SR556 brand new. Cool co.

+1. I just bought my fourth Ruger, a 22/45, and I broke the recoil spring the first time I took it apart. I called Ruger CS and they sent a new one out, no questions asked. They offered to take the whole gun to fix it but the spring was all I needed.
