Bad guy was inside the car with a baby and dog. Pulled over for a traffic stop.
Gets out of car with rifle and starts shooting at the officers.

Fight continues and 1 officer is hit in the head with the rifle, the other officer reloads and ends the fight by unloading an entire magazine on the bad guy.
