am I crazy for picking up spent brass

I look at brass on the ground as free money. I mean if I don't reload it I can trade/sell it for things I want/need. The effort it takes to pick up the brass isn't much.

If you can pick up 45 brass without anyone complaining...go for it! 45 acp is getting expensive and if you don't want to reload it, I'll take it off your hands and load it! Loading is fun but you have to be very very very carefull...more with pistol ammo since it is easy to put extra powder in those cases. My 2 cents.....
