I currently reload .44 Rem Mag for my S&W 29-2.

Looking at a Desert Eagle in .44 Mag.

Do these run .44 Rem Mag (rimmed) or .44 Auto Mag (rimless)?
(Or was the .44 Auto Mag only for the one pistol Dirty Harry used in Sudden Impact?)

It takes rimmed, the auto mag cartridges are rimless.... They were one of the first cases I formed for my father as a kid....

    Rimmed Rem Mag.

From what I hear, load em hot. It's a semi auto so it needs to be in a window and that window happens to be on the hot side.
