    My younger brother applied for his carry permit about a month or so ago and it came in today. He was pretty excited about it. Only thing is he got the 4 year deal instead of the lifetime. Oh well 4 years is better than nothing and he said he is goin to upgrade sooner or later before the 4 years is up.

    good for him, its nice to hear another person is getting their license to carry. of course, i don't think he will be upgrading until he's within 6 months of his 4 year expiring.

    He can reapply 365 days before his license expires, it's in the FAQ:D
