another carry permit in the family

My younger brother applied for his carry permit about a month or so ago and it came in today. He was pretty excited about it. Only thing is he got the 4 year deal instead of the lifetime. Oh well 4 years is better than nothing and he said he is goin to upgrade sooner or later before the 4 years is up.

good for him, its nice to hear another person is getting their license to carry. of course, i don't think he will be upgrading until he's within 6 months of his 4 year expiring.

He can reapply 365 days before his license expires, it's in the FAQ

Alright, alright, I'll admit, the thought of MY younger siblings carrying sends shiver up my spine....I just hope that his are slightly more...intelligent.
