Anyone notice two fees when you buy a hunting license online?

I bought my license this morning(small game) and noticed the charged close to $3 for a tech fee and another fee. Don't remember us having that before.

The state is charging you for the new website to buy tags on. What's new, right?

Yep, had to pay it. They get more efficient to save money and charge us more to do it.....

I just make a point of buying my license/ purchasing all of my junk at a store that sells them while I'm there anyway, especially after learning of the fees.
