Anyone used Jim at J&S Guns in Evansville lately?

I was just wondering if he was still in business. Tried calling and emailing a couple of times lately, and no response.
Sure don't want to send an FFL transfer to him if he's no longer doing it and gone.

Same here, no one answers the phone. Straight to voicemail and does not even ring.

Good, glad he is back and well. I have not used him in over 8 years because I am hesitant to buy online/sight unseen, but glad we still have the option.

Is Sunday the day he still does his Whittaker's transfers? He may just be busy at the moment . There is a comment and question at the link about his recent hospital stay.

I went in a little after 1 and there was at least 15 people in there so I went back around 3. Jim was there but I dealt with his Son (or son-in -law, not sure).

Thanks all. That's why I asked, I knew he's had health issues the past few years. And just wasn't sure of his status.
