AR 15 Build Book?

Im going to build my next AR, and I'm looking for suggestions for books or DVD's for instruction. Any suggestions?

I was thinking that would work, but at times I'm not all that trusting. Matter of fact I just picked up an A2 stock at Bradis a couple weeks ago and put it on my varmint setup. But I have a lonely stripped lower thats taunting me.

I've been reading The Competitive AR15 Builders Guide by Glen Zediker. It outlines different builds, and gives details on assembly. Pictures are big and easy to see also. I've been planning out my build and bought this to get some ideas on my first build.
