    I bet the first bullet shown in the pic was loaded from
    the mfg AIM bullets located in Canada. Awhile back when bullets were hard to get
    i ordered several thousand from target barn which just started carrying AIM bullets.
    long story short, about 5% looked just like that before loading. Very poor quality however
    they were ok for practice rounds.
