How important is it to have a can that can be disassembled? In the market for a 5.56 suppressor. Is the Yankee Hill Phantom any good?

5.56? Not important, it will burn up any small crap that is left behind anyways. Shake 'er out every now and again. Just don't touch when it's hot!!
