    I'm a serious canner and have two canners running during harvest. Both of mine are All-American... LOVE them! One holds 7 qt the other holds 14 qt. I wouldn't trade them for anything!

    I don't fear the pressure because any jars that break on me do so inside the canner while it's cooking. It's just a mess to clean up when it's done. However, I did have a relative who had a jar of green beans explode after she took it out and it went all over her kitchen! So please be careful not to stand over the jars after you take them out!
