    I faxed mine because you have documentation that it was sent that way. I need to figure out the least annoying way (for them) to confirm that it is correct in their system.

    It's not required by law, but I'd go ahead and spend the $20 on a new license with the updated address. At least then you'd have your confirmation, plus a freshly minted LTCH.
