After he shot shot himself and became an internet phenom, (and spawned the phrase "Only One", in the gun rights community) he now says his life's been ruined and he wants to be compensated for it. He's already had one attempt dismissed. Here's hoping this one heads down the same alleyway. Stupid should be its own reward.

There's something strange about people that want to sue somebody whenever they themselves do something so incredibly stupid and cause themselves to be laughed at.

LEOs are exempt under a variety of circumstances.


Im sure this guy had to sign something when he joined the DEA waving most of his rights to privacy, so in a way he has already shot himself in the foot.
