Ah, this makes a lot of sense then. Carry on!Not only that, I got the gun as a barreled action with no wood or mag.
I always forget about SARCO, and I've had their site bookmarked for a long time. Good find!Lee Enfield Parts, Forend, Jungle Carbine, Butt Swivel, Front Mounting & Receiver Pad - SARCO, Inc.
Try there if you haven't already. I just looked and they have a No.4 but rear sling swivel bracket (same as No.1 Mk.3) and a sling swivel/screw for No.1 Mk.3.
Hope this was helpful!
Now that I know more about it, I'm looking forward to pics! And no, I don't think I did know about the two-piece stock. I guess I never tried taking my stock apart on mine. (No.4 MK1) Glad I learned something this evening!I used a military buttstock and a Boyds sporter forend, Chapparal. DoggyDaddy, you remember the Enfield is a 2 piece stock? Thank you for looking in your parts bins and for the input, guys.
