I cooked bacon and toasted a sandwich on a suppressor at NFA Day once.

I also lit a cigarette off burning AK handguards but that’s another story. There’s a coolness factor to that one.

Was coming to say just that. Lay bacon on your suppressor. When it cooks faster than it does in a skillet then know your barrel is pretty warm

Just wait they will come out with a suppressor that changes color so you know when it's hot.

Maybe wrap barrels with that metal, and once the barrel turns maroon you know it's heating up.

It’s fun to watch, especially with NFA starters. It got a laugh every time.

Grease burns off eventually too.

I don't normally add lead to my bacon, I leave that to the crayons made in China...
