    Wow... I have seen some of the videos of the fire and the evacuation. I could tell you my butthole would have puckered up a little if I was driving through what some of these people were.

    Always Have a plan.

    I spent a deal of time in Ft. McMurray in '05 and '06 working in the refineries. The way they were stripping those forests, prepping them for mining the oil sand, I'm surprised there's enough trees left to have a forest fire. I wonder if all that exposed bitumen is keeping it fueled.

    Many hard working, good folks up there just trying to make a living, they certainly will be affected by this for a long time. Prayers for their safety.
