Stumbled on this recently. Emergency Trauma Response is a free online course offered by Mountain Man Medical. I'll admit right up front it's not a substitute for hands-on training and practice. However, it's a good introduction (or review) to MARCH, a few other things, and there are some tips/nuggets here and there. And did I mention it's free?
Lessons include: Trauma Medicine & Combat Mind Set, The Gear of a Medic, Vital Signs and Anatomy, Intro to MARCH, Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, Respirations, Circulation, Hypothermia & Head Trauma, Reassessment, Other Injury Types, Practical Tourniquet Exercises & Improvised Solutions, Your Role as a Medic, and the Conclusion. I would say it's from a civilian perspective where emergency services are up and functioning.
Having previously attended a 6-hr trauma management class, and a Stop the Bleed class, I thought it was a good refresher.
Hard to go wrong for $0 and your time.
