As the guys said, WASR with a Draco front sight block. That may or may not be that big of deal for you. Basically like a poorman's Bolton gas block, which I'm a fan of. While I'm not going to go out and buy one myself, I would like to get my hands on one to review because the original M10 post is officially the post that has the most hits ever on my blog. It at least has a lot of people interested.
