Great day at the range! (pics)

I was recently able to fit in a trip to Applied Ballistics to try out some new stuff, with fantastic results!

First up was my recently purchased Ruger 22/45. This was the first time I had been able to shoot it after purchase. I have added a Primary Arms Micro Dot and Tactical Solutions Compensator, which both worked great!

Next up was my Beretta 96FS. I recently purchased a 9mm barrel, locking block kit, and two 9mm 17rd mags. Again, this was the first time I had a chance to try everything out. I only put 50 rounds of 9mm through her, but I didn't have ANY issues! I guess I'm one of the lucky 96FS owners who only need a new barrel and mags to be able to swap between .40 & 9mm without any problems!

Finally, I was able to try out my AR with a new low profile gas block and free float tube. Once again, everything worked perfectly and did not give me any problems!

I went 3/3 on all my new stuff and had a lot of fun testing everything out! All in all, it was a GREAT day at the range!

Sounds like an awesome day! Your AR looks badass, even more so in the after photo. Any day at the range is good, but getting to break in 3 new toys at one time. Priceless
