Inspired from a thread last week I decided to dress up a couple of mine with some grips that have been laying around. The Smith 10-5 is no safe queen, it still shoots to the POA all day everyday. The Citadel 1911 is in, you guessed it, 38 super. The grips are Mexican silver 92.5%, the 10-5 grips were made in Jalisco a state in Mexico and the 1911 have no makers mark but MEX 925.

If you have some handguns sporting some nice grips such as some exotic wood or stag horn, LET'S SEE 'EM!

    I'll play gunaria...

I sent the pic of the K frame grips to my nephew and he and his cousin "loved them!" and where hoping they were mine! I told them alas, they were not...They belonged to a customer but they sure were impressed...

Here is some stag on some classics...

When the right beat up Glock 19 comes in here I am gonna (gulp) keep it and cut two slabs of stag to epoxy on the grips frame and keep it as a shop gun to offend all of those with good taste...:D
