Welcome from South of the reservation loop. Used to say Cali was a great place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there. Now I don't even want to visit.

Yes, and it's a shame. I've visited Los Angelis, San Diego, San Fransisco & Lake Tahoe (over many separate trips) many years ago and loved the weather. Nothing beats the smell of the Pacific on beautiful 70s and 80s degree days. They were all great trips! But Cali has become so far left-wing crazy and so far away from the rest of the country, I don't think I could even stomach a weekend there anymore.
