My wife recently picked up an M70AB2; Century's step-up AK from the WASR.
I painted the forend fairy-tale pink for her, (she chose the color,) and that turned out pretty decent. However, I do have a problem.
During reassembly, (as many people would have been able to predict,) some various gun oils and residues got on the forend. Not much; and typically, against a regular black one, you'd never see them.
But on fairy-tale pink...it stands out.
Any ideas what will get it off without harming the paint? I used Krylon Fusion for Plastics, (the forend is black polymer,) and it is quite dry at this point, as I painted it yesterday.
Obligatory pic; I'll post more pictures later.
