None of those plans appeal to me. Cut spending to Constitutional levels and get rid of the income tax and the IRS. Ditto corporate taxes. I like my plan better than any of those.

9-9-9 will, under an eventual future Leftist regime, become 90-90-90. I prefer not to mix my taxing regimes. Income OR sales tax, not AND. I also don't like the prebate of the Fair Tax. It gets people suckling from the government teet. I understand it for its simplicity, but I still don't like it in a world where public school students are still taught that the government is the font of all goodness in their lives. I voted Heritage Foundation Flat Tax.
