Doing some research, the really old boxes of Hi-Power have much different, almost comic book art on the box. This is a much newer box.
The lot number starts with C97. March of 97??

To me, it seems 1990's.
Be careful. I had a few paper ones expand and not eject out of a single shot. Had to use a cleaning rod to tap them out with. Maybe pack a rod or bring a second shooting iron just in case.That's our plan too.
