    yesterday i went to walmart in Comberland and they were selling fedral hydro shock ammo. Has anyone shot this in a glock 9mm .how well does it work?

    Older design, still works well.... ie expands and retains most of its weight. Im sure some of the newer HPs are improved.... personally I still prefer COR-BON.

    I bought a box at Walmart yesterday but didn't read the box till I got home. It's 135grain low recoil loads. I have yet to shoot them. Just be sure to read the box before you buy if you're wanting a specific load.

    I have used Hydra-Shok in several guns over the years. Always functioned and shot well for me. I still use them in my wife's .380. There are newer designs on the market, but there is nothing wrong with Federals loadings.
