Ican't get my buffer tube off of my lower receiver.

I would send it to a gunsmith for removal. It will be much easier to pay for the removal than to pay for the repairs.

Heat is the answer young grasshopper! A spanner wrench or ad armorers wrench is a good investment.

A new buffer tube can be had for $20-$30. It might no be a bad idea to sacrifice the buffer tube.

I really appreciate the responses and ideas.

We have had company at our house for the last 10 days and I haven't been able to work on the AR15.

This week when things return to normal I am ready to try several methods to remove the buffer tube.

Thanks to all of you who made suggestions and I will post what works.

If anyone else has any ideas, plus feel free to add them to this post. Since it will be a few days before I can get to work on the AR15, there is time for more ideas.
