Has anyone here ... as a civilian ... been through indoor live fire training

I went through CQC training as a home defense course and did live fire in "The Church"

Only did it once, but thought it was intense and cool

Rest of the training was paint ball or air rifle

Can you specify more? Like by live fire do you mean a shoot house one at a time? Or are you referring to something more?

I know of few LE shoot houses I have seen the cost is astronomical so that will limit most civilian courses. I’ve seen a few ranges tey and have a 345 berm but that’s not really the same.

That said I’d say your best bet would be a course like Gunsite that has the simulators. It sure if anyone else that routinely runs them.

    ???
I have already been through CQC training ... I was just wondering if anybody else has been through/done it as a civilian
I went through it instead of a basic home defense program
A late friend who was a LRRP in Vietnam asked me if I wanted to learn indoor military tactics sense he knew I enjoyed studying weapons & tactics

On the day I started he was also training a group of guys for different types of security and guarding/escort duty, so I joined them
